Greenfield Township currently is hiring for a part-time Administrative Assistant. Individual will work between 16-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible but could involve afternoon/evening hours. This work will involve working with the Fiscal Officer and Road Supervisor.
Applicant should be able to do perform basic clerical duties, excel spreadsheets, basic accounting, inputting/reviewing payroll and typing minutes from a recording. Pay is $13.50 to $14.50 per hour based on experience.

Residents that reside in the unincorporated area of Greenfield Township there is a need for several spots to be filled on the Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Township Zoning Commission is an advisory group by reviewing and recommending changes to the resolution and map of the unincorporated area of Greenfield Township.
Township Board of Zoning Appeals is quasi-judicial in nature because it authorizes variances, grants conditional use permits and hears appeals.
Each board has 5 members and 2 alternates.
