Foundation Prices
Foundations will be installed by the Township at a cost of $1.00 per square inch plus a $56.00 layout fee. Prices are effective January 1, 2022.
Greenfield Township pours foundations twice a year, once in the spring before Memorial Day and once in the fall, typically around or after the Fairfield County Fair. The foundations are poured 2 inches wider and 2 inches longer than the requested size at no additional charge.

Greenfield Township only accepts checks or money orders, no cash
